Laser module use point, line or cross optical system provides a clear visualization tools, easy to install
Precise positioning is fundamental for many industrial applications. It helps to adjust the textile, the location of the automatic saw blade in the timber mill or the alignment of the assembly and maintenance of the wheels in the automobile manufacturing industry. Depends on what needs to be aligned and how to be visualized by the laser to determine the requirements for a wide range of applications.
Visual Guide
Design of laser formed visual guidance requires a highly visible laser, which provides a very clear green laser, usually 635, to provide a bright red laser beam, or 532nm. In other applications, a camera or similar detector is used to monitor the alignment of the laser in the near infrared using a higher wavelength, usually for a red laser at 650nm or wavelength.
