In general, the UV printing ink to printing is a general UV printing, UV printing is the main principle of ultraviolet radiation, and radiation is a type of Electromagnetic wave, different radiation energy, is to distinguish by different wavelengths, different energy of the wavelength of the Electromagnetic spectrum (Electromagnetic spectrum), based on the length of the wavelength arrangement will be divided into the following several (from short to long) : cosmic rays, curry rays, x - ray, ultraviolet, visible light spectrum and infrared light, microwaves and radio waves, etc.

Electromagnetic spectrum can be divided into (from short to long) : cosmic ray, gemma line, X-ray, ultraviolet ray, visible spectrum, infrared ray, microwave and radio wave, etc., while the ultraviolet ray is defined by the international lighting committee. According to the length of wavelength, the arrangement can be divided into three types:
(a) UVA:

(2) the UVB:
That is, the wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum in the range of 280~315mm, is the most typical destructive uv. Because it has enough energy to damage biological tissue, it can cause skin cancer, and because ozone is damaged, reducing the amount of time it takes to get sun exposure is very important. This wavelength in UV inking does not have an effective role, and therefore unless special needs, generally rarely used in UV printing UV lamp.
(3) the UVC:
That is, the wavelength of the electromagnetic spectrum in the range of 100~280mm, short wave length UVC is almost completely absorbed in the air. On the purpose of the UV printing, it has to reinforce the ink membrane surface hardening effect, in recent years, has used nitrogen blowing in the surface of the print and UV printing method, its purpose is to make UVC produce ozone opportunities to reduce, and make the UVC radiation energy can be fully used in polymerization hardening of dry, this method is more costly, but it will increase the efficiency of polymerization hardening drying to the best state.
