Our school has deeply integrated MOCVD equipment and technology, organically combined silicon and gallium nitride materials, broke through the technology of gallium nitride LED materials and chip manufacturing, introduced a new LED light source with high efficiency and energy saving and high beam quality, and realized industrialization. After the breakthrough of blue light technology, the MOCVD equipment with high indium content and production type has been developed successfully, thus creating a new record of the luminous effect of yellow light LED. Today, our school also brings new products based on yellow light LED. Please show them to the technicians. This street lamp, without fluorescent powder, has a tone close to the traditional high - pressure sodium lamp.
